Intro Into Commercial Finance – Jordan Herrington
Jordan Herrington is Vice President, Relationship Manager in the Commercial Real Estate Group for Bank of Albuquerque. In this role, Jordan works with developers and investors looking to construct, acquire or refinance income-producing properties. He specializes in ground-up construction, acquisition and rehab, and term financing for retail, office, industrial and multi-family properties. Jordan has been with Bank of Albuquerque since May 2005, and has held numerous roles of increasing responsibility over that time. Prior to his role in the Commercial Real Estate Group, Jordan was a Relational Manager in the Commercial and Industrial lending group working with large operating companies in New Mexico. Jordan received his BBA in Finance from the Anderson School of Management at The University of New Mexico in 2004. Jordan has lived in Albuquerque for 25 years and has built strong roots here. Jordan and his wife Jennifer have been married for 10 years and have two boys, Declan (6) and Everett (3). Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with his family, cycling on many of Albuquerque’s great bike paths, golf in the warm months and snowboarding in the winter.
